This study is about the structure or system of the expositions about conventional stipulatio in several works of the Roman jurisprudence. It is suggested that the treatise on the topic appearing in Sabin's iuris civilis libre tres was the base, and that in the matter the works of the type digesta, quaestiones, responsa, sententiae and similar depend on it that, since Cels, the classic jurists started writing, such as Gayo's institutiones (and after that, Justinian's). The structure offered by the topic in the codex Iustinianus and in the Iustiniani digesta is also examined.El estudio versa sobre la estructura o sistema de las exposiciones acerca de la stipulatio convencional en diversas obras de la jurisprudencia romana. Se propone que la base estuvo en el tratado sobre la materia que aparece en los iuris civilis libre tres de Sabino y que de él dependen en la materia tanto las obras del tipo digesta, quaestiones, responsa, sententiae y similares que desde Celso empezaron a escribir los juristas clásicos, como las institutiones de Gayo (y después las de Justiniano). Se examina también la estructura que ofrece el tema en el codex Iustinianus y en los Iustiniani digesta.
