The main objective of this article is to determine the relationship that exists between remote work and the right to digital disconnection of administrative workers of a Callao National Hospital in 2022. The research approach is quantitative; The type of research that was worked on was basic, with an explanatory level, with a descriptive correlational design, the research hypothesis was demonstrated. In other words, there is a considerable positive correlation between remote work and the right to digital disconnection, r=0.806 and a significance value of p=0.000. Likewise, it was found that there is a weak positive correlation between technological tools and the right to digital disconnection, r=0.430 and a significance value of p=0.018; and, between training and the right to digital disconnection, there is a weak positive correlation, r=0.419 and a significance value of p=0.021. The research had spatial limitations, due to the fact that the surveys were carried out virtually, in consideration of the rules of coexistence due to the COVID-19 pandemic; Likewise, it is relevant because similar investigations of correlation of the study variables have not been carried out. In the present investigation it was concluded that between remote work and the right to digital disconnection there is a considerable positive correlation; In other words, the greater the implementation, knowledge, and management of remote work, the greater the chances of recognizing the right to digital disconnection of workers.El presente artículo tiene por objetivo principal determinar la relación que existe entre el trabajo remoto y el derecho a la desconexión digital de los trabajadores administrativos de un Hospital Nacional del Callao en 2022. El enfoque de la investigación es cuantitativo; el tipo de investigación que se trabajó fue básica, con nivel explicativo y diseño descriptivo correlacional. Se demostró la hipótesis de investigación, es decir, que entre el trabajo remoto y el derecho a la desconexión digital existe una correlación positiva considerable, r=0.806 y un valor de significancia de p=0.000. Asimismo, se obtuvo que existe entre las herramientas tecnológicas y el derecho a la desconexión digital una correlación positiva débil, r=0.430 y un valor de significancia de p=0.018; entre la capacitación y el derecho a la desconexión digital existe una correlación positiva débil, r=0.419 y un valor de significancia de p=0.021. La investigación tuvo limitación espacial, debido a que las encuestas se realizaron de manera virtual, en consideración de las normas de convivencia por la pandemia COVID-19; de igual modo, es relevante porque no se han realizado investigaciones similares de correlación de las variables de estudio. En la presente investigación se concluyó que entre el trabajo remoto y el derecho a la desconexión digital existe una correlación positiva considerable; es decir, que a mayor implementación, conocimiento y manejo del trabajo remoto habrá mayores posibilidades del reconocimiento del derecho a la desconexión digital de los trabajadores.
