DescriptionEn tanto a la igualdad entre mujeres y hombres, el Tribunal de Justicia comunitario ha plasmado una orientación interpretativa tendencialmente positivista; son más los casos en los que declara el alcance jurídico de la normativa europea en su justa medida y atendiendo a una interpretación literal, limitativa y restrictiva con acentuada rigurosidad jurídica, especialmente en lo relativo a la maternidad y a la conciliación de los espacios laborales y familiares.es-ES
