It analyses their quality as "guarantees"; their subjects and their addressees; as well as their content and limits. After this general frame-work, the article refers to specific funda-mental rights, as they have been established in the Spanish Constitu-tion, such as the socalled "inherent rights of human beings"; economic ri-ghts; due process rights; equality rights, among others. Se analiza su calidad de "garantías", los sujetos y destinatarios de los mismos, y también su contenido y límites. Después de este marco conceptual general, se aborda el estudio de los derechos fundamentales específicos previstos en la Constitución española, tales como los inherentes a la persona humana; los de naturaleza económica; las garantías del proceso, y los derechos de igualdad, entre otros.
