In this year 2021, when many were the commemorative events of the 30 years since the MERCOSUR integration process began, it is important to make an evaluation of what has been done from the different points of view, to try to arrive at a situational diagnosis of the present of MERCOSUR. In this regard, it is relevant to review the incidence of integration in the legal world and also observe how the legal structures that sustain these processes have contributed to shaping them from the creation of an ad-hoc Law that assists them. In the following pages we seek to recognize and analyze the existence of a legal pluralism within these integration processes. A legal pluralism capable of recognizing and legitimizing an inter-legality between supra-state and infrastate norms, giving rise to a kind of legal plurality that regulates both the actions of the States and the lives of the citizens of that integrated community. Finally, we will analyze in particular the way and the way in which this pluralism has occurred within the MERCOSUR.En este año 2021 en que muchos fueron los acontecimientos conmemorativos de los 30 años de iniciado el proceso de integración MERCOSUR resulta importante hacer una evaluación de lo actuado desde los distintos puntos de vista, para intentar llegar a un diagnostico situacional del presente del MERCOSUR. En ello resulta relevante revisar la incidencia de la integración en el mundo jurídico y observar también de que manera las estructuras jurídicas que sostiene estos procesos han contribuido a dar forma a los mismos a partir de la creación de un Derecho ad-hoc que los asiste. En las siguientes paginas buscamos reconocer y analizar la existencia de un pluralismo jurídico dentro de estos procesos de integración. Un pluralismo jurídico capaz de reconocer y legitimar una inter-legalidad entre normas supraestatales e infraestatales, dando lugar a una clase de pluralidad jurídica que regula tanto la actuación de los Estados como la vida de los ciudadanos de esa comunidad integrada. Finalmente analizaremos en particular el modo y la forma en que este pluralismo se ha dado dentro del MERCOSUR.
