This text consist of a series of commentaries regarding the constitutional reform of June of 2011 on human rights, this reform implicates the conceptual transition from “ individual guarantees” to “ humans rights and their guarantees”. Also, this work contains a classification of the human rights in Mexico, from the mexican sources of Law (Constitution, International Treaties and case law). And it concludes with some considerations and concerns regard the constitutional reform of 2008 on different aspects of judicial security.Este texto consiste en una serie de comentarios a la reforma constitucional de junio de 2011 en materia de derechos humanos, la cual implicó la transición conceptual de “garantías individuales” a “derechos humanos y sus garantías”. Asimismo se realiza una clasificación de los derechos humanos existentes en México a partir de sus fuentes normativas (Constitución, tratados internacionales y jurisprudencia inter y supranacional). Como conclusión se esbozan algunas consideraciones y preocupaciones respecto a la reforma constitucional de 2008 en diversos aspectos de seguridad jurídica.
