The present work is channeled through various topics closely related to the “Criminal Law of the Enemy”, to conclude some of the issues that have caused more blisters among criminal attorneys, and that translates into the heated debate between those who endorse and justify legislation against enemy and those who repudiate their management, because of its clear directive repression. The author gives us his perspective supported with reflections and data within the national context and its fight against organized crime.El presente trabajo nos encauza por diversos tópicos íntimamente relacionados con el “Derecho Penal del Enemigo”, para rematar en algunos de los aspectos que han levantado mayor ámpula entre penalistas, y que se traduce en el acalorado debate entre quienes avalan y justifican la legislación del enemigo; y quienes repudian su manejo, debido a su clara directriz represiva. El autor nos proporciona su perspectiva respaldándola en reflexiones y datos dentro del contexto nacional, y su lucha contra el crimen organizado.
