My subject of research is a crossing investigation between “Law-Literature-Gender”. The center of this crossroad is: “The ethics of the other’s responsibility”. Conviction, that gives sense to the investigator vocation. This vocation, like the teacher and the jurist’s vocation, is connected with the writer’s vocation. The Law as a living entity, needs to have this inherent relation with Literature, because of its possibility of creation, evolution and adaptation. The Gender Studies as tools of analysis have as a goal, to return to the Law his character of flexibility, his vocation of justice through the creativity and the self-questioning but, particularly, through the ethics. That is why I appeal to Montaigne, Woolf, Derrida, Habermas, Judith Butler; as well as to all my great teachers from the Law Faculty, whom have looked for the understanding and the development of a reality; with a truly humanistic Law, fair and coherent. Trying to return to the Law his reality as a living entity, equal, self-critical consciousness and flexibility.Mis temas de investigación atraviesan por la línea: Derecho-Literatura-Genero. El tema central de este cruce de caminos es: “La ética de la responsabilidad del otro”. Convicción que da sentido a la vocación del investigador. Dicha vocación, aunada a la del maestro, del jurista, está conectada con la del escritor. El Derecho como materia viva tiene esta relación inherente con la literatura; en tanto posibilidad de creación, de evolución y de adaptación. Los Estudios de Género como herramientas de análisis tienen como finalidad regresarle al Derecho su carácter flexible, su vocación de justicia a través de la creatividad, y del auto-cuestionamiento; pero sobre todo, a través de la ética. Es por ello que convoco a Montaigne Woolf, Derrida, Habermas, Judith Butler; así como a mis grandes maestros de la Facultad, quienes buscan y han buscado la comprensión y el desarrollo de una realidad; de un Derecho verdaderamente humano, justo, coherente, Regresándole su realidad de entidad viva, justa, autocrítica y flexible.
