His essay will analyze the pronouncements of the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation and Collegiate Circuit Courts on the interpretative work and jurisdictional action of the Judiciary of the Federation before the figure of labor harassment of gender before the gaps of the norms Substantive, labor-related, and that must be resolved with a gender perspective, even if it is not requested in the light of international human rights obligations regarding equality and non-discrimination.Este ensayo analizará los pronunciamientos de la Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Nación y de Tribunales Colegiados de Circuito en torno a la labor interpretativa y actuación jurisdiccional del Poder Judicial de la Federación ante la figura del acoso laboral de género ante las lagunas de las normas sustantivas laborales, las que deben resolverse con perspectiva de género, aún y cuando no se solicite a la luz de las obligaciones internacionales en materia de derechos humanos respecto de la igualdad y no discriminación.
