This paper is an analysis about some of the constitution characteristics, and then reaches to a study about the Human Rights in the Constitution and the Human Rights in the International Instruments developing an special emphasis about the Labour Human Rights, then, this article establish the situation among them and the policemen, finally it get to the role that Court is playing about policemen Human Rights.Se analizan algunas características de la Constitución en general para llegar a un estudio sobre los derechos humanos en el plano constitucional, así como en los instrumentos internacionales de la materia con especial énfasis en los derechos humanos laborales para luego establecer la situación que éstos guardan en función con los policías y el papel que juegan, actualmente, los tribunales u otras autoridades.
