Pese al auge de la Justicia Restaurativa y la variedad de herramientas existentes, se encuentran pocas referencias de la participación de víctimas menores de edad en estas, salvando aquellos casos atendidos por el sistema de Justicia Juvenil. No se encuentran, sin embargo, prohibiciones en este sentido, salvo en violencia de género, lo que invita a reflexionar sobre sobre posibles bondades y obstáculos en la participación de víctimas menores de edad en estas prácticas.Even with the rise of Restorative Justice and the variety of existing tools, there are few references to the participation of minor victims in these practices, except for those cases processed by the Juvenile Justice system.
