This paper intends (1) to show a number of theoretical reflections made in the context of the pedagogical accompaniment that the commission in which I work as a teacher has received from the Department of Training for Teachers. It also intends (2) to tell this experience and (3) the practical consequences of these reflections.In order to provide a structure to this exposition, I will base it on the relations between the involved concepts of the pedagogical area. Starting from these concepts, I will expound the reflections that we as a group made and the decisions we took. I think we can expect other teachers to be interested in receiving this accompaniment from the Department of Training for Teachers. El presente trabajo se propone: (1) exponer una serie de reflexiones teóricas llevadas a cabo en el marco del acompañamiento pedagógico que la comisión en la que me desempeño como docente ha recibido por parte de la Dirección de Carrera y Formación Docente, como también (2) narrar la interesante experiencia realizada, y (3) las consecuencias prácticas de dichas reflexiones.A fin de estructurar dicha exposición, nos apoyaremos en las relaciones entre los distintos conceptos involucrados propios del área pedagógica. Y a partir de ellos, presentaremos las reflexiones logradas y las decisiones tomadas. Es de esperar que a partir del relato de esta experiencia, otros docentes se interesen en acercarse a la Dirección de Carrera y Formación Docente.
