The new legislation on labor communities embodied in Decree Laws 21789, Community Industrial, 22329, fishing communities, and 22333, mining communities, has replaced the mechanism of Labor Community participation in the equity ownership of the company, the individual participation of workers in the company's assets by the figure, created by the legislation, of industrial action.La nueva legislación sobre Comunidades Laborales materializada en los Decretos Leyes 21789, de Comunidad Industrial, 22329, de Comunidad Pesquera, y 22333, de Comunidad Minera, ha reemplazado el mecanismo de participación de la Comunidad Laboral en la propiedad del capital social de la empresa, por la participación individual de los trabajadores en el patrimonio social, mediante la figura, creada por dicha legislación, de la Acción Laboral.
