The text of the article 60 of the Constitutional Law of Human Rights and its Guarantees of Mexico City requires an interpretation that harmonically adjusts its content not only to the rights and needs of the evicted, but also of the right holders on the claimed property. In this work a punctual reading of the first section of this article is made and it is demonstrated that the term “launch” is unduly used in the text, which requires a restrictive interpretation.El texto del artículo 60 de la Ley Constitucional de Derechos Humanos y sus Garantías de la Ciudad de México requiere una interpretación que ajuste su contenido armónicamente no sólo a los derechos y necesidades de los desalojados, sino también de los titulares del derecho sobre el inmueble reclamado. En este trabajo se hace una lectura puntual de la primera sección de este artículo y se demuestra que en el texto se ocupa indebidamente el término “lanzamiento”, que requiere de una interpretación restrictiva.
