The crisis of historical violence in Colombia has motivated the need to advance in the dogmatic construction of the meaning of peace and its implications for Colombian constitutional law. In order to deepen on peace in Colombia will be considered the Kantian theory of Perpetual Peace, the advance of the perspective of the content of peace as a right from the international field, the debate of peace as a collective right or fundamental in the Colombian legal order, and the application of the right to peace in the final peace agreement with the FARC-EP and in transitional justice in Colombia; allowing to consider the observance of peace as a norm of fundamental right in the Colombian constitutional culture.La crise de la violence historique en Colombie a conduit à la nécessité d’avancer dans la construction dogmatique de la signification de la paix et de ses implications pour le droit constitutionnel colombien. Afin d’approfondir sur ce sujet, on examinera la théorie kantienne de la Paix Perpétuelle, l’évolution de la perspective du contenu de la paix en tant que droit international ; le débat de la paix comme un droit collectif ou fondamental dans l’ordre juridique colombienne et l’application du droit à la paix dans l’accord de paix final avec les FARC-EP et dans la justice transitionnelle en Colombie ; permettant de considérer le respect de la paix en tant que norme de droit fondamental dans la culture constitutionnel colombienne.
