The current paper pretends to approach the problem that the review of constitutional reforms ensues, studying unconstitutionality, be it formal or material, and proposing what is called intraconstitutional review, which consists on the contrast between the claimed constitutional reform and the spirit of the Constitution.El presente trabajo pretende abordar la problemática del control de las reformas constitucionales, estudiando la inconstitucionalidad, formal y material de las mismas y proponiendo el control intraconstitucional, consistente en el contraste entre la reforma constitucional que se impugne de violatoria y el espíritu de la Constitución.
