Are the sources of the national law applicable to the European system? The author analyzes the introduction of the new system of sources based on the same text of the Treaty that institutes the European Constitution, the laws and laws frame, the regulations, and certain particular norms. Contrary to which it could be assumed, among different legal norms a linear hierarchic but rather competentia criterion is not followed, category more accurate to systematize the created normative complex. The author emphasizes the importance of prevalence of European law, nevertheless, also indicates that this prevalence admits national constitutional limits, which constitute integration elements which sometimes they can countermand to the European right.¿Son aplicables las fuentes del derecho nacional al sistema europeo? El autor analiza la introducción del nuevo sistema de fuentes basado en el texto mismo del tratado que instituye la Constitución europea, las leyes y leyes marco, los reglamentos, ciertas normas atípicas. Contrariamente a lo que pudiera suponerse, entre las distintas normas jurídicas no se sigue un criterio jerárquico lineal sino más bien competencial, categoría más propia para sistematizar el complejo normativo creado. El autor resalta la importancia de la primacía del derecho europeo, sin embargo, también señala que esta primacía admite límites constitucionales nacionales, los cuales constituyen elementos de integración que en ocasiones pueden derogar al derecho europeo.
