The author presents the gradual conformation of the European constitutional legal system and the profile of the European cooperative constitutional state, through the evolution of the classical thought of the Civitas dei and the human Civitas aiming towards a universal human society. Possible solutions within National law is the main objective in this study. The current conformation of national blocks present an obligatory new approach to principles of compatibility and harmonisation of the different national legal systems, regarding not only the European Union, but also in emergent regions of other continents, finally arriving probably towards a real human Civitas.En un iter evolutivo del pensamiento clásico que va de la Civitas dei a la Civitas humana, con la pretensión de conformar una sociedad humana universal, el autor plantea la paulatina conformación del derecho constitucional europeo y los perfiles del Estado cooperativo constitucional europeo, de acuerdo con los órdenes jurídicos nacionales. La actual conformación de los bloques nacionales presenta el necesario replanteamiento de principios de compatibilidad y armonización de los diversos derechos nacionales, no sólo en el caso de la Unión Europea, sino de las regiones emergentes en otros continentes, llegándose, quizá, a tornar en realidad la Civitas humana.
