The rules of cross-border insolvency law are based on a set of principles. These, at the same time, are not only behavioral prescriptions, but also guide the jurisprudence, and create new formulas of how to understand the systems of norms, both in the soft law and in the national law of each country.Las normas del derecho de la insolvencia transfronteriza tienen por fundamento una serie de principios. Estos, al mismo tiempo, no sólo son prescripciones de conducta, sino además orientan a la jurisprudencia, y crean nuevas fórmulas de cómo entender este sistema de normas, tanto en el soft law como en el derecho nacional de cada país.
