In this sense, the etymology of philosophy and education are studied as points of reference, in order to highlight their importance and how their interrelation could influence the level of education in the legal field. | Description | El objetivo del presente trabajo es analizar filosóficamente la educación y su vinculación con el derecho. En este sentido, se estudia la etimología de la filosofía y la educación como puntos de referencia, con el fin de resaltar su importancia y cómo su interrelación podría influir en el nivel de enseñanza en el ámbito jurídico. De este modo, se concluye que una educación en derecho debe incluir la filosofía como un intento de formar agentes capaces de reflexionar y buscar constantemente la creación y el aprendizaje. | es-ES |
