DescriptionThat Mexico counts on a Constitutional Court as an organ of constitutional defense, independent of Judiciary, guarantor of constitutional order and fundamental rights, is the premise of the author. For that reason, at the same time new forms of organization and democratic expressions continue ahead, law should push or accompany the change at least, considering "judicial transition" has to be deepened as an element of general institutional changes and social frame, as well as a detonator of following stages of democratic process. The author shares unit of jurisdiction notion saying Judiciary must be integrated by administrative courts with all its consequences not only as a simple enunciation of their incorporation.en-US
DescriptionQue México cuente con un Tribunal Constitucional como órgano de control y defensa constitucional, autónomo del Poder Judicial de la Federación, garante del orden constitucional y protector de los derechos fundamentales, es la premisa principal del autor. Por ello, al mismo tiempo que siguen adelante las nuevas formas de organización y expresiones democráticas, el derecho debe empujar o al menos acompañar al cambio, motivo por el cual deberá profundizarse en la "transición" judicial como elemento de los cambios generales del marco institucional y social, y como detonador de las siguientes etapas del proceso democratizador. El autor comparte la unidad de la jurisdicción sosteniendo que al Poder Judicial deben integrársele los tribunales administrativos, pero con todas sus consecuencias y no nada más con la simple enunciación de su incorporación.es-ES
