| Description | Due the Constitution is the ultimate legal rule by excellence, the relation between culture and constitution guides the author to examine culture, politics, ethics and law in order to clearly set their connection with the Constitution. As long as culture and the scale of values are not generated within society, the possibility that ideas contrary to those promoted by the Constitution remains open. The author offers a couple of solutions stands multi-culturalism that recognizes plurality of a concerning in this matter and pluralism that tries to combat this contradiction opposing to religion a certain Constitutional ethic. | en-US |
| Description | Dado que la Constitución es la norma jurídica por excelencia. la relación de la cultura con ella conduce al autor a examinar la cultura con la política. con la política y con el derecho. para encuadrar mejor la conexión que mantiene con la Constitución. Así, en la medida en que la cultura y el orden de valores no se generan en la sociedad, queda abierta la posibilidad de que preconicen ideas contrarias a las postuladas por la cultura o el orden de valores promovidos desde la Constitución. El autor ofrece una dualidad de soluciones: el multiculturalismo que reconoce que la pluralidad de concepciones en estas cuestiones es valiosa; y el pluralismo que intenta combatir estas contradicciones, oponiendo a una religión una determinada ética constitucional. | es-ES |
