| Description | If we depart from the doctrinal variances provoked by the evolution of the notion of the constitution in the last fifty years, we would see how this is a story that had a bad beginning but a good end. The author stands that the multiple variants of constitutional law (formal or material, institutional or jurisprudential, social or international) originate a process of constitutionalization of the law branches that allows us to see the whole law universe. The normative constitution abolishes the boundaries among the national juridical systems and also, between these ones and the international juridical system. Therefore, the superior constitutional validation is an affirmation of the stability of the political society, and likewise the inscription of the political society identity on the constitutional text and its jurisdictional guaranty is an affirmation of the stability of the constitution | en-US |
| Description | Si partimos de las variaciones doctrinales que la evolución de la noción de Constitución ha suscitado en lm. últimos cincuenta años, veríamos cómo es una historia que comenzó mal pero que terminó bien. El autor afirma que las múltiples variantes del derecho constitucional. desde lo formal o material, institucional o jurisprudencial, social o internacional, originan un proceso de constitucionalización de las ramas del derecho que nos permiten ver el universo jurídico en su totalidad. La Constitución normativa suprime las fronteras ente los órdenes jurídicos nacionales y también entre estos últimos y el orden jurídico internacional. Así. la validez superior de la Constitución es una afirmación de la estabilidad de la sociedad política, y, por tanto, la inscripción de la identidad de la sociedad política en el texto constitucional, y su garantía jurisdiccional es una afirmación de la estabilidad de la Constitución. | es-ES |
