| Description | The progress of biology and medicine produces new questions that raise different consequences in law and ethics. In recent years, medicine has evolved in a fast way with much more speed than in previous eras. Therefore, 1ve can talk about ethics in biology and in medicine form the scientific and moral point of view. The studies in bioethics and human rights focus on cases and matters referred among others, to therapeutic abortion, sex change, euthanasia, AIDS and genetical manipulation. Among the most important missions of humanity is the transmission of knowledge which can help to make good use of its development in order to avoid its perverse effects. | en-US |
| Description | Los progresos de la biología y de la medicina producen nuevos cuestionamientos con variadas consecuencias en el derecho y en la ética. En los últimos años, la medicina ha evolucionado con mayor velocidad que en épocas precedentes, por tanto, se habla de biología y medicina desde el punto de vista científico y moral. Los trabajos sobre bioética y derechos humanos centran su atención en temas y casos que se refieren, entre otros, al aborto terapéutico, al cambio de sexo, a la eutanasia, al Sida y a la manipulación genética. Entre las misiones más importantes del ser humano está la de la transmisión del conocimiento por el cual se amplía el significado que se tiene de hacer un buen uso de su desenvolvimiento, transformándose el impedimento de sus efectos perversos en un deber. | es-ES |
