El artículo explica eso desde el punto de vista doctrinal y lo aplica al análisis de la regulación en la materia en la Constitución de Bolivia de 2009.In the Rule of Law, the Judiciary Power is at the same level than the Legislature and the Executive Powers. This is achieved by means of its independency.
