DescriptionEl presente trabajo de Historia institu­cional trata de presentar la evolución experimentada en Andorra desde 1898 a 1945 en la Jefatura del Estado, que tiene una estructura bicéfala, representada por el Obispo de la Seu d'Urgell y el Presidente de la IIIª República Francesa. También se exami­nan algunos problemas institucionales surgidos en el periodo 1931 - 1939. Se dedica particular atención a la evolución en el periodo objeto del estudio de la administración de justicia, con las diferentes instan­cias del Tribunal de los Batlles, la Corte del Juez de Apelaciones, el Tribunal Superior de la Mitra y el Tribunal Superior francés.es-ES
DescriptionThis article on institutional history attempts to present the evolution, from 1898 to 1945, experienced by the Andorran Head of State, whose two-headed leadership is represented by the Bishop of the Seu d'Urgell and the President of the III French Republic. Some institutional problems which arose from 1931 to 1939 are also discussed. Special attention is paid to the evolution in the period, object of study of the administration of justice, with the different instances of the Tribunal of the Battles, the Court of the Appeal Judge, the Supreme Court of the Mitra, and the French Supreme Court.en-US
