Description	This work establishes the conceptual foundations of Open Banking and examines its status in Peru and other countries. It explores technical arguments and regulatory aspects necessary for its implementation, such as security and efficiency in data transmission. Description	Este trabajo establece las bases conceptuales del Open Banking y analiza su situación en Perú y otros países. Para ello, se examinan argumentos técnicos y aspectos regulatorios necesarios para su implementación, como la seguridad y eficiencia en la transmisión de datos.
