| Description | The main purpose of this article is to clarify the concept of "aleatory contract" within the framework of the Peruvian legal system, as well as to highlight some of its main legal consequences. | Description | El presente artículo tiene como propósito principal esclarecer el concepto de contrato aleatorio en el marco del sistema legal peruano, así como puntualizar algunas de las principales consecuencias jurídicas de dicha categoría. A tales fines, se hará hincapié en ciertas nociones relevantes, tales como la noción de riesgo y alea normal.
