DescriptionCurrently, public investment funds cannot provide loans or directly acquire typical certificates of collection from co-financed infrastructure projects. Evidently, such a limitation, which is devoid of regulatory support, restricts the capacity of public investment funds to act as financers of infrastructure projects. In turn, the development of these projects is also restricted. Therefore, a change in the regulations applicable to such investment vehicles is necessary.en-US
DescriptionActualmente, los fondos de inversión públicos no pueden otorgar préstamos ni adquirir directamente certificados de cobro típicos de proyectos de infraestructura cofinanciados. Por supuesto, dicha limitación, que carece de sustento regulatorio, limita la participación de los fondos de inversión públicos como financistas de dichos proyectos y, por ende, el desarrollo de los mismos. Se encuentra pendiente, por tanto, una modificación en la normativa aplicable a dichos vehículos.es-ES
