Description	Literally, Pure Theory of Law thought by Hans Kelsen, didn’t propose that the top tier from legal system was the Constitution of each Nation, because over it, will always be something called “fundamental standard”. And it is not right to identify or confuse “fundamental standard” with the Constitution. This essay reduce to its essentials the true meaning of that concept, and wants to provide fundamental notions of that theory.	en-US
Description	Literalmente la Teoría Pura del Derecho ideada por Hans Kelsen, no propuso que la grada superior del ordenamiento positivo fuera la Constitución Política de cada Estado, como quiera que sobre ella se encuentre la norma fundamental. Esa concepción tampoco admite identificar o confundir ambas nociones como si se trataran del mismo objeto. Por ende, este ensayo busca hacer claridad sobre el verdadero significado de ambos postulados, así como pretende exponer ordenadamente las nociones fundamentales de la concepción positivista del Derecho.	es-ES
