DescriptionThis article reflects upon the inefficiency of the state government to comply with its functions of maintaining public order and social peace, and the government´s inability to implement programs of social policy to abate poverty. Four socio-political facts that are particularly eviden are the following: 1. Structural corruption, 2. Prebendary cronyism 3. Racial discrimination associated with the lack of respect for the physical integrity of another; and 4. The unilateral social conception of law.en-US
DescriptionSe presentan reflexiones sobre la ineficacia en el cumplimiento de las funciones del gobierno del Estado encargado del mantenimiento del orden público y la paz social; y de su incapacidad para ejecutar los programas de política social para abatir la pobreza extrema. Se describen cuatro hechos sociopolíticos particularmente evidentes: 1. La corrupción estructural; 2. El compadrazgo prebendarío; 3. La discriminación racial por el color de la piel vinculado a la falta de respeto a la integridad física del otro; y 4. La concepción social unilateral del Derecho.es-ES
