DescriptionThe insufficient localization of the bodies responsible for the jurisdictional function in the regions is a deficiency that implies a strict and empirical violation of constitutional principles such as equality before the law of those seeking justice in terms of their access to the administration of justice. An example, which could be that of any other region of the country, is the case of a person residing in towns such as Pabelo, La Eca or Espinos de Judío, municipality of Purificación, Jalisco in the Costa Sur Region of Jalisco, who to access justice services in first instance courts must go to Autlán, Jalisco. In the example, due to the distance traveled, the money, time and physical effort invested to access courts in this region, it is interpreted as a denial of justice by omission of the State.en-US
DescriptionLa insuficiente localización de los organismos encargados de la función jurisdiccional, en las regiones; es una carencia que implica estricta y empíricamente vulneración de principios constitucionales como igualdad ante la ley de los justiciables en cuanto a su acceso a la administración de justicia. Un ejemplo, y que puede ser el de cualquier otra región del país, es el caso de una persona residente en localidades como Pabelo, La Eca o Espinos de Judío, municipio de Purificación, Jalisco en la Región Costa Sur Jalisciense, quien para acceder a servicios de justicia en juzgados de primera instancia deberá acudir a Autlán, Jalisco. En el ejemplo, por la distancia que recorre, el dinero, tiempo y esfuerzo físico que invierte para acceder a tribunales en ésta región, se interpreta como denegación de justicia por omisión del Estado.es-ES
