| Description | El derecho penal y la criminología han tenido una relación tormentosa, desde la aparición de esta última, en la que centra sus estudios en el delito y el delincuente, el concepto de delito, desde la perspectiva normativa parte obligatoriamente de la legislación, pero el delito también tiene otras acepciones, en las que la criminología aporta elementos para definir el delito. Es necesario delimitar el objeto de estudio, pero necesariamente y forzosamente debemos encontrar el punto de encuentro para armonizar y aprovechar las aportaciones de cada una de estas ciencias para la prevención del delito y la protección de bienes jurídicos en juego. | es-ES |
| Description | Criminal law and criminology have had a stormy relationship since the appearance of the latter, which focuses its studies on crime and the criminal. The concept of crime, from the normative perspective, is necessarily based on legislation, but crime also has other meanings, in which criminology provides elements to define crime. It is necessary to delimit the object of study, but we must necessarily and forcibly find the meeting point to harmonize and take advantage of the contributions of each of these sciences for the prevention of crime and the protection of legal assets at stake. | en-US |
