| Description | Las reflexiones que conforman el presente ensayo tienen por objetivo plantear la necesidad de desplazar el foco de atención de la situación áulica hacia la estructura del cuerpo docente de las instituciones de en- señanza jurídica superior para un mejor abordaje de la cuestión de cómo debe ser dicha enseñanza. La hipótesis general que lo guía sostiene que el pluralismo del cuerpo docente tiene a la vez un valor epistémico y un valor político, tomando el caso de la Facultad de Derecho de la Universidad de Buenos Aires como modelo de descentralización de la actividad do- cente y disparador de las reflexiones que le siguen. | es-ES |
