| Description | The establishment of constitutional statutory laws as an alternative to the fortification of the constitutional system in México, is the principal idea that the author studies in this article. To demonstrate his hypothesis, the author analyzes this kind of laws from the sources system of law and makes and exposition of the idea, material and formal, there exist in different countries. To determine the feasibility to adopt this kind of laws in our country, the author makes a general valoration focuses in the advantages and disadvantages of implementation to finally pronounce himself in favor of the inclusion of this laws but with another denomination which is constitutional development laws. | en-US |
| Description | El establecimiento de leyes orgánicas constitucionales como una alternativa para el fortalecimiento del sistema constitucional en México, es la premisa fundamental que el autor maneja en este artículo. Para demostrar su hipótesis, el autor analiza este tipo de leyes desde el sistema de fuentes de derecho, y hace una exposición de la noción, tanto material como formal, que de las mismas se tienen en diversos países. Con el fin de determinar la factibilidad de adoptar en nuestro país este nuevo tipo de leyes, el autor hace una valoración general centrada en las ventajas e inconvenientes que esto conlleva, para finalmente pronunciarse a favor de su inclusión, pero con la denominación de leyes de desarrollo constitucional. | es-ES |
