| Description | The traditional concept of territory as one of the constitutives elements of a State-Nation has been changing. The author analyses territory from its political and legal configuration, and also from its economic perspective when exploiting its natural resources. | Description | El concepto tradicional de territorio como uno de los elementos constitutivos de un Estado-Nación ha venido cambiando. El autor analiza el territorio desde su esencia política, jurídica y también desde su perspectiva económica al explotar los recursos naturales del mismo. Considera que los seres vivos deben ser incluidos en este análisis, ya que forman parte de la biodiversidad sobre la que el Estado ejerce su potestad, lo cual provocaría un cambio significativo en la concepción clásica del territorio. | es-ES |
