DescriptionFrom a descriptive, dogmatic and regulatory perspective, in this work, the author analyzes the object of subventions in the contract of public work concession. In this sense, we intend to answer the question of whether all public state aid qualifies as subvention or, otherwise, if it entails part of the price of the contract, not including any activity of administrative development, in order to pay service modifications or service rendering that may occur during the concession contract.en-US
DescriptionEn este trabajo, el autor analiza el objeto de las subvenciones en el contrato de concesión de obra pública desde una óptica descriptiva, dogmática y regulatoria. En tal sentido, se pretende dar respuesta a la pregunta de si toda ayuda pública estatal califica como subvención o, en su caso, reviste el carácter de parte del precio del contrato, sin importar una actividad de fomento administrativo, a fin de pagar las modificaciones o prestaciones de servicios que ocurran durante la ejecución del contrato de concesión.es-ES
