DescriptionIn the present article, we propose an analytical scheme that aims to make visible the decisions that actors make – explicitly or implicitly – in the development of their legal practices, from the consideration of four dimensions – ethics, epistemological, technical and political – which imply specific and determined positions, constituting decision-making components that guide these practices. Initially, we describe the gestation of the idea and explain the definition of practices that we elaborate, on which the analytical scheme is based. Subsequently, we work on the conceptualization of each of the components and outline some of the central questions that allow us to ask. Then, we present some ideas – not limited – about who might use the scheme, what uses it might have, and what it would let you know. Next, we take the case of the curriculum of the Faculty of Legal and Social Sciences of the National University of La Plata, and we inquire about the ethical, epistemological, technical and political training that is developed in it, with the aim of starting to give an account of the links between university education and the dimensions that the professionals themselves put into play in the development of their practices. At the end of the article, we reflect on the intentionality of the scheme and the analytical possibilities it presents, inviting the reader to make the tool their own.en-US
DescriptionEn el presente artículo, proponemos un esquema analítico que tiene por objetivo visibilizar las decisiones que los actores toman – en forma explícita o implícita – en el desarrollo de sus prácticas jurídicas, a partir de la consideración de cuatro dimensiones – ética, epistemológica, técnica y política – que suponen posicionamientos específicos y determinados, constituyendo componentes decisionales que orientan esas prácticas. Inicialmente, describimos la gestación de la idea y explicitamos la definición de prácticas que elaboramos, en la cual se sustenta el esquema analítico. Posteriormente, trabajamos en la conceptualización de cada uno de los componentes y esbozamos algunas de las preguntas centrales que nos permiten realizar. Luego, presentamos algunas ideas – no taxativas – sobre quiénes podrían usar el esquema, qué usos podría tener y qué permitiría saber. A continuación, tomamos el caso del plan de estudios de la Facultad de Ciencias Jurídicas y Sociales de la Universidad Nacional de La Plata, e indagamos respecto de la formación ética, epistemológica, técnica y política que en él se desarrolla, con el objetivo de comenzar a dar cuanta de las vinculaciones entre la formación universitaria y las dimensiones que los propios profesionales ponen en juego en el desarrollo de sus prácticas. En el final del artículo, reflexionamos sobre la intencionalidad del esquema y sobre las posibilidades analíticas que presenta, invitando al lector a que haga suya la herramienta.es-ES
