DescriptionIn this paper we aim to show the relations between the constitutional principles and the “frames” that shape the constitutional interpretation process, in order to understand the expansion of the equality principle in Argentina since the 1994 Constitutional Reform. We also trace the different formulations of said principle.en-US
DescriptionEl presente trabajo se propone analizar los cambios en el “marco” de interpretación del texto constitucional a lo largo de sus veinte años de vigencia, con el fin de dar cuenta de los procesos de ampliación jurisdiccional del principio de igualdad. Se analizan además las diferentes formulaciones del principio de igualdad utilizadas durante ese proceso.es-ES
