Description	The present work makes an approach to the evolution of the criteria of criminal imputation in the Peruvian legal system. According to the author, Peruvian criminal law has undergone an interesting transformation in terms of criminal imputation criteria. Under this premise, the article analyzes the doctrinal and case law positions regarding objective imputation, starting with causality as the basis of such imputation. In this way, the author addresses the elements of objective imputation, such as permissible risk, the principle of trust, the prohibition of return, objective imputation in participation and complicity, imputation to the victim, the risk relationship, deviant causal nexus, interruption of the causal nexus, among others.	en-US
Description	El presente trabajo realiza una aproximación a la evolución de los criterios de imputación penal en el sistema jurídico peruano. De acuerdo al autor, el derecho penal peruano ha experimentado una transformación interesante en cuanto a los criterios de imputación penal. Bajo esa premisa, el artículo analiza las posturas doctrinales y jurisprudenciales respecto a la imputación objetiva, comenzando con la causalidad como la base de dicha imputación. De esta manera, el autor aborda los elementos de la imputación objetiva, como riesgo permitido, el principio de confianza, la prohibición de regreso, la imputación objetiva en la participación y la complicidad, la imputación a la víctima, la relación de riesgo, los nexos causales desviados, la interrupción del nexo causal, entre otros.	es-ES
