En el presente estudio se pone de manifiesto las necesidades formales para el reconocimiento y ejecución de sentencia dictada por un Tribunal argelino. No obstante, desde la perspectiva de la cosa juzgada, debe ponerse de manifiesto en este asunto la incidencia de la decisión previa de divorcio. The present study shows the formal needs for the recognition and execution of a judgement issued by an Algerian court. However, from the perspective of the res judicata, the incidence of the previous divorce decision must be shown in this matter.
