Description	The aim of this paper is to analyze the possibility of understanding law from the perspective of structuralism. For this purpose, the different structuralist expressions and doctrines are examined to determine their influence on the sciences. In this context, the concept of legal structuralism is developed in order to evaluate the feasibility of studying law from this approach. In this way, by defining structuralism from different approaches, it is concluded that it does not fit completely with law, since it is limited to certain areas and its study would be incomplete.	en-US
Description	El objetivo del presente trabajo es analizar la posibilidad de comprender el derecho desde la perspectiva del estructuralismo. Para ello, se examinan las diferentes expresiones y doctrinas estructuralistas, con el fin de determinar su influencia en las ciencias. En este contexto, se desarrolla el concepto de estructuralismo jurídico para evaluar la viabilidad de estudiar el derecho desde este enfoque. Así, al definirse el estructuralismo desde distintos enfoques, se concluye que este no encaja completamente con el derecho, ya que se limita a ciertos ámbitos y su estudio sería incompleto.	es-ES
