There is a tension between the minimum vital and mobile remuneration and the minimum wage, because the latest doesn’t always guarantee the first. This discussion annually is taken by the labor concertation board, where the workers argue in favor to minimum wage increase in a percent higher than the annual inflation, for guarantying a real increase of the worker’s purchasing power. On the other hand, the employers argue in favor to an increase, slightly, higher than the inflation, for ensuring economic earnings to their companies.Existe una tensión entre el derecho al mínimo vital y móvil y el salario mínimo, toda vez que este último no siempre garantiza la protección del primero. Esta discusión es efectuada anualmente en la mesa de concertación laboral, en la cual los trabajadores argumentan a favor del aumento del salario mínimo en porcentajes superiores a la inflación anual, para garantizar un aumento real de la capacidad adquisitiva de los empleados, mientras, por otro lado, los empleadores argumentan a favor de un aumento ligeramente por encima del porcentaje de inflación anual, para asegurar mayores ganancias económicas para sus empresas.
