DescriptionMultilateralism is the main feature of the 21st century, especially in the fiscal sphere. This is represented by the rules that are designed on the international stage to provide solutions to the various fiscal problems that have affected international economic relations. The study, in its extensive, predicts a new international tax system led by multilateral measures, through the presentation of some fiscal complexities that have limited the free cross.-border flow of international trade, and the instruments that have been established to provide resolution or, where appropriate, diminish their negative effects; these latter developed within international organizations, such as the OECD, and through global forums, that is, multilateral rules are developed through the consensus of the international community. It also presents the formalization of fiscal multilateralism through access.ion to the OECD/G20 Multilateral Convention and the adoption of the Automatic Fiscal Information Exchange Standard.en-US
DescriptionEl multilateralismo es la principal característica del siglo XXI, máxime en el ámbito fiscal. De esa forma, lo representan las normas que son diseñadas en el escenario internacional a fin de brindar solución a los diversos problemas de carácter tributario que han afectado las relaciones económicas internacionales. El estudio vaticina un nuevo ordenamiento internacional en materia impositiva dirigido por medidas multilaterales, a través de la presentación de algunas complejidades fiscales que han limitado el libre flujo transfronterizo del comercio internacional y de los instrumentos que se han establecido para dar solución o, en su caso, para disminuir sus efectos negativos; estos últimos elaborados en el seno de organismos internacionales, como la OCDE, y en la celebración de foros globales. Es decir, la normativa multilateral se desarrolla mediante el consenso de la comunidad internacional. Asimismo, se expone la formalización del multilateralismo fiscal vía adhesión a la Convención Multilateral OCDE/G20 y la adopción del estándar de intercambio automático de información fiscal, principalmente.es-ES
