In the present essay, I will try to present a conception of new constitutionalism that parts from the deconstruction theory of Derrida and the String Theory. This with the object of analyzing this phenomenon as an incomplete and unfinished process of transformation of Law and, from there, be able to propose new ways in which interpret the constitutional text and Law itself, especially fromthe Bolivian perspectiveEn el presente trabajo intento presentar una visión del nuevo constitucionalismo a partir de la concepción de la deconstrucción de Derrida y la Teoría de las cuerdas.
