Description	This paper presents a critical analysis of the human rights of the displaced, based on a sociohistorical conception from praxis. On the one hand, the utilization of a concept of human rights to legitimate the displacement of indigenous people in Chiapas will be studied; on the other hand, resortingto conceptual and epistemological precisions, a different manner of using human rights established oraccepted within the Mexican legal and constitutional frame will proposed, parting from the regulations of the International Humanitarian Law, in order to defend the rights of the displaced.	en-US
Description	En este escrito se presenta un análisis crítico de los derechos humanos de los desplazados,fundado en una concepción sociohistórica desde la praxis. Por un lado, se estudiará la utilización delos derechos humanos para legitimar el desplazamiento de pueblos indígenas en Chiapas; mientras que, por el otro, mediante el recurso a precisiones conceptuales y epistemológicas, se propondrá la utilización delos derechos humanos establecidos o aceptados en marco jurídico y constitucional mexicano, dentrodel marco del Derecho Internacional Humanitario, para defender los derechos de los desplazados.	es-ES
