This paper tries to identify, further than the positive legal norms and simple institutionalism,the ideological barriers which influence the judicial action towards the valuation of anthropologicalexperts’ reports. This puts Law in an interrelation with other disciplines, particularly thoseof Political Science and Anthropology, Then central point of this essay is to point out that these barriersare an invisible obstacle to the understanding of anthropological experts’ reports, and thatthis situation controverts the viability of an intercultural justice and the plurality of legal systemsin Latin America. At the same time, the problems that emerge with the interrelation between disciplinesare questioned, in order to make possible more complex forms of understanding Laweste estudio busca identificar, más allá de las normas jurídicas positivas y la simpleinstitucionalidad, las barreras ideológicas que afectan la actuación judicial respecto de la valoraciónde los peritajes antropológicos, lo cual pone en interrelación al derecho con otrasdisciplinas, particularmente las ciencias políticas y la antropología. El punto central de este ensayohace referencia a que estas barreras son un obstáculo invisible para el entendimiento de losperitajes antropológicos, lo cual pone en duda la viabilidad de la justicia intercultural y la pluralidadde sistemas jurídicos en América Latina. Al mismo tiempo, se pone en cuestión los problemasde la interrelación entre las disciplinas para poder entender formas más complejas desde el derecho.
