Description	In these lines we intend to reflect upon the path in the struggle for the universal protection of the rights of children in our country, during the thirty years of the Convention on the Rights of the Child, which has constitutional hierarchy. The research focuses on the road taken by the argentine Private International Law concerning the best interests of the child, through the Civil and Commercial Code of the Nation and the jurisprudence that is being developed, through the institutes covered by this science. Among these we will mention: international child abduction, international adoption, maintenance obligation and international surrogacy. From this development emerges the link between Private International Law and Human Rights, so that the children protection reaches maximum efficiency	en-US
Description	En estas líneas pretendemos reflexionar sobre la ruta transitada en la lucha por la protección de los derechos de la niñez en nuestro país, durante los 30 años de la Convención de las Naciones Unidas sobre los Derechos del Niño, que goza de jerarquía constitucional. Indagaremos en el camino recorrido por el Derecho Internacional Privado argentino en relación al interés superior del niño, a través del Código Civil y Comercial de la Nación y la jurisprudencia que se está gestando, a través de los institutos que abarca esta ciencia. Entre estos mencionaremos: la restitución internacional de menores, la adopción internacional, la obligación alimentaria y la gestación por sustitución. A partir de este desarrollo se desprende la íntima vinculación que existe entre el DIPr y los derechos humanos, para que la tutela a la infancia alcance la máxima eficacia.	es-ES
