DescriptionThe purpose of this article is to reflect on the use and effects of institutional and non-institutional complaints (“escraches”) originated by situations of patriarchal violence, based on the juridification of lawsuits. for the social right to life free of violence, the incidence of the feminist movement, and the tensions in the public / private and individual / collective dichotomies that emerge from the complaints. We have the hypothesis that the demands of the feminist movement and its advocacy strategies, within the framework of broader social processes of juridification, led to the transformation of legal frameworks and the judicialization of cases of violence, with effects on which it is necessary to reflect.en-US
DescriptionEste artículo tiene como propósito reflexionar acerca del uso y los efectos de las denuncias institucionales y no institucionales (“escraches”) originadas por situaciones de violencia patriarcal, a partir de la juridificación de las demandas por el derecho social a la vida libre de violencia, la incidencia del movimiento feminista, y las tensiones en las dicotomías público/privado e individual/colectivo que emergen a partir de las denuncias. Partimos de la hipótesis de que las demandas y reivindicaciones del movimiento feminista y sus estrategias de incidencia política, en el marco de procesos sociales de juridificación más amplios, que han llevado a la transformación de los marcos jurídicos y a la judicialización de casos de violencia.es-ES
