In this paper, the author discusses the concept of remedies in the Common Law legal system, as well as the relationship between remedies and substantive rights. In that sense, it demonstrates the importance that the remedies will take in the future, and it warns the relevance that it will take for the national operator, who will have to be prepared.En el presente artículo, el autor analiza el concepto de los remedios en el sistema jurídico del Common Law; así como la relación que existe entre estos y los derechos sustanciales. En ese sentido, demuestra la importancia que los remedios tomaran en un futuro, y advierte la relevancia que tomará para el operador nacional, quien deberá estar preparado.
